My philosophy is grounded in providing a compassionate presence โ a place where your emotions are validated, your story is heard, and you can simply be. I specialize in supporting clients through:

I may offer reflective tasks between sessions โ such as journaling, mindfulness, or creative exercises โ to support your growth and healing.

I believe the most effective therapy happens when you feel comfortable and empowered. I’m here to help you feel supported every step of the way.
I support adults aged 18+.
There is no limit to the number of sessions you can have, however, therapy is reviewed every 6 sessions.
Sessions can be face to face, online, or eco-therapy (walk and talk).
A free 30 minute telephone/video assessment is mandatory prior to commencing therapy. Telephone calls are via WhatsApp and Video calls via Google Meet.
You will be required to sign a Therapeutic Contract which will outline business terms and conditions as as well therapeutic terms such as confidentiality. *
You will be required to consent to GDPR**. This means consenting to your personal information being stored.
Concessions are offered to Counselling Trainees. You will require proof of your Course, Tutor name, up to date College photo I.D.
*Not signing the Contract means that Counselling will not be able to commence.
**Not consenting to GDPR means that Counselling will not be able to commence.
